Biography
Born April 25, 1968 in the village of Bolshaya Vladimirovka, Beskaragai district, Semipalatinsk region. Nationality is Kazakh. He has higher education, in 2004 he graduated from the Karaganda Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a specialty "Jurisprudence".
He began his career in 1989 as an inspector for the organization of control over cash operations of the Beskaragai branch of Sberbank №2140, village Bolshaya Vladimirovka, from August 1991 to June 1993, he was a student of a mechanic at the Semipalatinsk Joint-Stock Company “Automotoservice and trade” in Borodulikha. From June 1993 to December 2018 he has had continuous service in the East Kazakhstan police. In January 2019, he retired with the rank of colonel in reserve. Since October 28, 2019 he has been performing duties of akim of the Baskol rural district. Since December 24, 2019 he became akim of the Baskol rural district.
