Bolysbekov Orynbek Baltabekovich

Born on February 9, 1984 in the village of Charsk, Charsk district, East Kazakhstan region. Nationality is Kazakh. He has two higher educations. In 2005, he graduated from the Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a specialty “Psychology”, in 2013 Kaynar Semipalatinsk State University with a specialty “Jurisprudence”.

He began his career in September 2005 as a psychology teacher at Secondary school of Bolshaya Vladimirovka , from June 2006 to January 2011, he was the chief specialist of the department of physical education and sports, from January 2011 to March 2014 he was the chief specialist of the education department, physical culture and sports, from March 2014 to August 2017 - Akim of the Karabas rural district. From August 2017 to March 2018, he was the head of the department of education, physical education and sports, and from March 2018 to December 2019, he was the head of the department of physical education and sports of the region. Since January 6, 2020 he has been performing duties of akim of the Kanonerka rural district.
