Biography
Born on November 8, 1961 in the village of Semenovka, Beskaragai district, Semipalatinsk region. Nationality is Russian. He has higher education. In 1984 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute with a specialty “Zootechnic”.
He began his career in October 1978 as a mechanic at the Semenovka farm, from August 1984 to September 1985, he worked as a zoo engineer at department №2 of the Semenovka farm, from December 1985 to June 1988, he was the second secretary of the Komsomol committee, from June 1988 to November 1990 - first secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Beskaragai region, from November 1990 to January 1993 - deputy director of the Berezovka farm, from January 1993 to April 1994 - chief livestock specialist of the Berezovka farm, from April 1995 to April 1996 of the year - economist Buras production cooperative, from May 1996 to September 1998 - worker of the Voskhod farm, from October 1998 to June 2009 - manager of the Diana-1 farm, from June 2009 to June 2011 - chairman from the audit committee of the regional Maslikhat, from June 2011 to August 2013 - leading specialist of the administration of the akim of the Beskaragai rural district, from October 2013 to August 2017 - akim of the Malaya Vladimirovka rural district. From August 2017 - until October 2019 he has been performing duties of akim of the Malaya Vladimirovka rural district, from October 9, 2017 to October 2019 - akim of the Malaya Vladimirovka rural district. Since October 28, 2019 - he has been performing duties of akim of the Beskaragai Rural District. From December 24, 2019 he became akim of the Beskaragai rural district.
