Uakbaeva Albina Bolatovna

Born on May 23, 1989 in the village of Bike (formerly the village of Lenino) Mamlyutsky district of the North Kazakhstan region. Kazakh by nationality.

In 2012, she graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University with a degree in Kazakh Language and Literature. In 2019, she graduated from the master's degree program of the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University, having received the qualification of "economist".

She started her career in the civil service in April 2014 as a chief specialist at the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Zaisansky District. From February to July 2021, the chief specialist of the Department of organization and control of the office of the Akim of Zaisan district. Since July 2021, she has worked as the chief specialist of the Department for work with veterans and People with Disabilities of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region.

Since August 2022, he has been the head of the Employment Department of the Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region. Since July 2024, he has been the chief specialist of the Department of Social Affairs of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the East Kazakhstan region.
