Deputy Akim of the city of Kyzylorda
Biography
Nurmangambetov Arnur Alibekuly was born on July 3, 1985, in the village of Bolshaya Vladimirovka, Beskaragay District, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2007, he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Design, Construction, and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas and Oil Storage Facilities;
In 2009, he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Economics;
In 2011, he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in Jurisprudence;
In 2014, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a Master’s degree in Public and Local Administration.
He began his professional career in 2007 as a Design Engineer at the Communal State Enterprise “Kyzylorda Agriculture”.
From April 1, 2008, to May 15, 2008 – Equipment Manager at the Communal State Enterprise “Directorate of Gas Supply Construction Projects of the Construction Department of Kyzylorda Region”.
In 2008–2011 – Chief Specialist of the Project and Engineering Works Department of the Construction Department of Kyzylorda Region.
In 2011–2014 – Head of the Project Department of the Construction Department of Kyzylorda Region.
In 2014–2015 – Head of the Administrative Department of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Kyzylorda Region.
From May 20, 2015, to August 17, 2015 – Consultant of the Department of Anti-Corruption Literacy and Public Relations of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Kyzylorda Region.
In 2015–2017 – Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Inspectorate Work and Regional Development Department of the Akim’s Office of Kyzylorda Region.
In 2017–2022 – Deputy Head of the Department of Construction, Architecture, and Urban Planning of Kyzylorda Region.
In 2022–2025 – Deputy Akim of Zhalagash District.
On June 26, 2025, by the order of the Akim of Kyzylorda City, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the city.
