Tursynbayev Darkhan Yesalievich

Tursynbayev Darkhan Yesalievich was born on August 25, 1975 in the rural district of Ozgent of Zhanakorgan district.

In 1996, he graduated from the A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University with a degree in Law ;

In 2009, he graduated from M.H.Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in Finance.

He began his career in 1996-1997 in the Kyrkense Business Partnership as a statistician in the economics department.

1998 - 1999 - Bailiff in the Department of Justice of Astana city and Almaty District Court;

2000 - 2004 – Assistant Prosecutor of Zhanakorgan district;

2004 - 2010 - Deputy Administrator of the courts of the Mangystau region;

2010 - 2011 – Court Administrator of the West Kazakhstan region;

2011 - 2016 - Head of the Office of the Mangystau Regional Court;

2017 - 2019 - Head of the Court Administrator for the Mangystau region, judge of the Zhanaozen City Court for the Mangystau region;

2019 - 2020 - Acting Deputy Head of the Department, Deputy Head of the Department in Aktau city;

2020 - 2023 - Deputy Akim of Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region;

On August 23, 2023, by order of the akim of the city of Kyzylorda, he was appointed to the post of deputy akim of the city.

Darkhan Yesalievich will oversee the fields of economics and finance, entertainment and social programs and social development.
