Biography
Lazarev Grigori Petrovich was born 16 August 1969 in the village of pischanka, of Novoshulba district of Semipalatinsk region.
In 1988, he was drafted into the Soviet Army. In 1994, he graduated from the Altai state agrarian University with a degree in agricultural mechanization.
He began his career in November 1986 as a machine operator at the Lenin state farm. Since October 1994, he worked as a storekeeper in a small private enterprise "Tatiana", since June 1995, he worked in JSC" Leninskoe " as a mechanic of the fleet, then as a head of auto garage. From September 2000 to March 2010, he served as the mayor of Leninsky rural district. From March 2010 to October 2016, he was the mayor of Tavrichesky rural district of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region.
Based on the decision of the Borodulikha district territorial election Commission, by the order of the district akim dated October 17, 2016 No. 181-l/s, he was appointed the akim of Leninsky rural district of Borodulikha district.
On the basis of the decision of akimat of Abay district of East Kazakhstan region from March 1, 2017 No. 33 "akim Lenin's rural district of Borodulikha district of EKR" pereimenovan in "akim's Apparatus of Kanarische rural district of Borodulikha district of EKR".
On the basis of the order of the mayor of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region Grigory Lazarev since March 13 2017 is the mayor of Kunarli rural district of Borodulikha district VKО
