Born on March 26, 1978 in the village of Borodulikha, Borodulikha district, Semipalatinsk region.

She started her career in 2002 as a leading specialist–secretary of the court session of the Borodulikhinsky District Court of East Kazakhstan region . In 2005. legal consultant in the legal department of the Zhezkentsky GOK branch of the Kazakhmys Corporation of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . In 2007, he became the chief specialist and secretary of the court session of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Akmola region. In 2009, he became the chief specialist and secretary of the court session of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Akmola region. In 2010, he became the chief specialist of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Akmola region. In 2011, he was the chief specialist - lawyer of the Department of Methodological Work and Legal support of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Akmola region. In 2015, he was Deputy akim of the Zhezkentsky settlement district of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . In 2019– he became the akim of the Peredenovsky rural district of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan Region . In 2021 – Akim of the Zhezkentsky settlement district of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . In 2023, he became akim of the Borodulikhinsky rural district of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . In 2025, he became Acting Director of the KSU "Family Support Center" of the Akimat of Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region. In 2025, he became the akim of the Zhezkentsky settlement district of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region.
