Biography
Shaumen Samat Kamelovich was born on April 7, 1979 in Aktobe region.
In 2000, he graduated from the State University named after K Zhubanov. In 2011, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics.
He started his career in 2000-2006 as a teacher of legal disciplines of the Aktobe Cooperative College and a teacher of the Department of customs of the Aktobe University named after K. Zhubanov.
From 2006 to 2012, he worked in JSC" Bankcentrcredit " and in private companies.
From February to October 2012, he worked in the Department of Agriculture of Aktobe.
From 2012 to 2013, he worked as the Akim of Kosestek rural district of Kargaly District of Aktobe region.
From 2014 to 2015, he worked in the Livestock Department of the Aktobe Regional Department of Agriculture.
From 2015 to 2017, he worked in the Aktobe Regional Department of agriculture as the head of the Department of Economics and investment.
From 2017 to 2025, he worked as a director in the financial organization" Aktobe auyl micro-credit".
From July 2025 to February 2026, he worked as the head of the Department of organizational work, control over the monitoring of public services and information technologies of the state institution "Office of the mayor of Alatau".
Since February 2026, he has been holding the post of deputy mayor of Alatau.
