Biography
Gulbanu Seitkankyzy Nesipbayeva was born on March 18, 1990, in the village of Zhideli, Balkhash district, Almaty region. She graduated from Kapshagai Vocational College in 2009 and from the Almaty University of Continuing Education in 2012.
She began her professional career as an assistant to the chief accountant at the Kapshagai city branch of the “Nur Otan" Party.
From 2010 to 2023, she worked as a chief specialist and later as the deputy akim (mayor) of the Zarechny rural district.
In August 2023, she was elected as the akim of the Zarechny rural district.
Since 2024, she has served as the head of the Department for Citizen Appeals and Documentation Support of the Alatau City Akimat.
On September 6, 2024, she was appointed Deputy Akim of Alatau City.
