Biography
Kuat Kairbekovich was born in 1989 in the Aksuat District (now Abai Region). In 2011, he graduated from the Semey State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Teacher, and in 2015, he graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Law.
He began his professional career in 2010 as a player in the volleyball club of the city of Semey. In 2011–2012, he worked as a physical education teacher at a vocational lyceum in the city of Almaty.
From 2012 to 2018, he held the position of Chief Specialist in the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Semey.
In 2019–2020, he worked as the Director of the law firm LLP “Adil Lex”.
He was also a member of the Bar Association of East Kazakhstan Region from 2019 to 2022 and a member of the Bar Association of Abai Region from 2022 to April 2025, practicing law.
Since April 2025, he has been serving as Acting Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Semey, pending the results of a special clearance check.
