Biography
Askhat Amantaevich was born on April 16, 1974 in the village of Kundyzdy, Abai district, Semipalatinsk region. He has 3 higher educations. He graduated from Semey State University in 1996, Kazakhstan University of Humanities and Law in 2003, and Shakarim University in 2019.
He started his career in 1996 as a teacher at the Mukhtar Auezov Secondary School. In 1997, he was appointed Deputy Director for Educational Work. From 2001 to 2025, he held the position of akim of the Kaskabulak rural district of the Abai district.
