Marlen Mukhanovich Muratov was born on 10.10.1996, a native of Almaty. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Has 4 children. He graduated from the Rakymzhan Tokatayev Secondary School,
the period from 2003 to 2012.
Two higher educations: 1. Esiksky College of Humanities and Economics, specialty – archiving and document management, graduated in 2015.
Nanjing Xiazhuang University, specialty – Chinese language. The academic year is 2016.
Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, specialty – public local administration, 2020-2022 academic year.
4. Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University, 2022-2024, specialty – accounting and auditing.
