Kharmysov Makhambet Kasymkanovich, was born on January 19, 1963 in Sarybel village,Panfilovsky district, Almaty region, in the family of teachers.In 1970, I received a certificate of Secondary Education in the village of Baskunshi named after the hero of the USSR I. Kartayev.In August 1980, he entered the Faculty of agricultural economics of the Almaty Institute of national economy.He

graduated from the educational institution in 1984 and received the specialty of accountant-economist auditor in agriculture.

From 1984 to 1986, I served in the army.

I started my career as an economist at the State Farm Gvardiya koi,Panfilovsky district, Taldykorgan region.

In 1987,he was elected secretary of the primary Komsomol Organization of the State Farm, where he worked until May 1989.

From 1989 to 1997, he worked as an accountant and economist at the Panfilov fruit and Berry State Farm..

From August 1997 to May 2004,she worked as a subject teacher at vocational school No. 19,deputy director for Economic Affairs, and chairman of the trade union.

From 2004 to February 2009, she worked as a methodologist at the talgar District children's and youth sports school.

Since February 2009, I have been working as a director of the Talgar District Library state municipal institution.
