He was born in 1991. He graduated from the Kokshe Academy (Bachelor of Law).
He has been in office since August 2024.
Functional responsibilities: Interaction with law enforcement and special government agencies for the prevention of terrorism, preparation of materials for meetings of the anti-terrorist commission, coordination of the activities of subordinate commissions. Providing practical and methodological assistance in the prevention of extremism and terrorism, minimizing and eliminating the consequences of terrorism. Performing other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of countering extremism and terrorism.
