Born in 1981. She graduated from the Alma-Ata Academy of Economics and Statistics (economist).
She has been in office since January 2016.
Responsibilities: Maintaining issues in the field of entrepreneurship and industry, tourism, the banking system, international cooperation and investment in the supervised industry, implementation of state policy on industrial and innovative development within the competence. Coordination of work of regional Coordination Councils, commissions, groups on supervised issues. Interaction with central government bodies, with local executive bodies, akims of districts and cities, state institutions and other legal entities on issues under supervision.
