Isin Askerbek Makybaevich

Was born in 1987. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Kokshetau University named after A.Myrzakhmetov.

He has been working in this position since January 2026.

Ensuring interaction with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Office of the Prime Minister. Preparation of information on the implementation of the instructions of the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Planning, organization and preparation of akimat meetings, assets and councils with the participation of the akim of the region, the head of the staff. Coordination of internal affairs of the regional akim's office, as well as organizational and inspection work, documentation support. Control and organization of execution of acts, instructions of higher state bodies, resolutions of akimat of the region, decisions and orders of akim of the region, instructions of akim and his deputies, orders of the head of akim's office of the region. Coordination of activities of departments of the regional akim's office, akims of districts (cities of regional significance) on the implementation of instructions, policy documents of higher authorities, as well as the instructions of the regional akim.
