Baymurzayev Aset Askhatovich

Born on April 2, 1986, in Urjar village, Urjar District, Semipalatinsk Region.
Graduated from Taldykorgan Economic and Technological College, Zhetysu Institute, and Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovative University.

He began his career in 2005 as Chief Accountant at the S. Tursabekov Secondary School in the village of Kyzyl Zhuldyz, Urdzhar District, East Kazakhstan Region. Later, he served as Chief Accountant at the Naualy Secondary School in the village of Nauалы.
From 2006, he worked in the Finance Department of the Urdzhar District, where he held positions as Acting Leading Specialist, Leading Specialist, and subsequently, Chief Specialist.
In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Financial Issues Sector at the Department of Education, Physical Culture, and Sports of the Urdzhar District. In the same year, he was appointed Akim (Mayor) of the Yeginsu Rural District, a position he held until 2019.
In 2019, he served as Acting Chief of Staff to the Akim of the Urdzhar District and was later confirmed as Chief of Staff to the Akim of the District. Following the formation of the Abai Region in 2022, he continued his service as Chief of Staff to the Akim of the Urdzhar District.
In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the Urdzhar District, Abai Region. From October 2025 to May 2026, he served as Deputy Akim of the city of Kurchatov, Abai Region.
In May 2026, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the city of Semey.
