Tursyn Yerkebulan Serikkaliuly

Yerkebulan Tursyn was born in 1993 in Kunaev, Almaty region. Higher education. In 2013, she graduated from the M. Auezov pedagogical college with a degree in "foreign language", in 2016-Shakyrym University of Semey with a degree in "Foreign Language: two foreign languages". He also completed a master's degree in management at Shakarim University in Semey, and from 2022 to 2025 he studied at the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

He started his career in 2012 as deputy chairman of the youth public Association of the East Kazakhstan region "SANA". In different years, he worked as a teacher at Shakarim University of Semey and Kainar higher college LLP, chairman of the NGO "Youth Support of Kazakhstan" of East Kazakhstan region, director of SARZHAL agro LLP, Director of the Center for labor mobility of Abay region.
From April 2026 to the present, the Department of organizational and inspection work of the state institution" Office of the Akim of Semey, Abay region " held the position of Chief Inspector of the mayor of the city.
By the decision of the Competition Commission and by order of the Akim of Semey, Tursyn Erkebulan Serikkaliuly was appointed to the post of Chief of Staff of the Akim of Semey.
