Muratov Timur Muratuly

Muratov Timur Muratuly is a native of the East Kazakhstan region, was born on April 18, 1977.

He graduated from the Semey Medical university with a degree in General Medicine, the Eurasian Humanities Institute with a degree in Bachelor of Law, and the Kazakhstan Medical University with a degree in Higher School of Public Health. He has a Master of Public Health degree.

In 2001, he worked as a urologist at City Clinic No. 6.

From 2001-2002 – Urologist of the Ak Niet Health Center Limited Liability Partnership.

In 2002, urologist at City Clinic No. 6.

In 2002-2003 - Urologist of the Limited Liability Partnership “Health Center Ak Niet”.

In 2003-2004 - urologist of the surgical department of the Main Military Clinic of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2012 - Head of the Department of Urology of the State Municipal Enterprise "City Hospital No. 2".

In 2012-2015 – Deputy Chief Physician for Quality Control of Medical Services of the State Municipal Government Enterprise “City Hospital No. 2”.

In 2015-2017 – Chief physician of Akmola Regional Hospital No. 2.

In 2016-2017 - urologist of the general hospital staff (part-time) of the Joint Stock Company "National Scientific Medical Center".

In 2017-2018 - Deputy Head of the Astana City Health Department.

In 2018-2019 - Chief Physician of the State Municipal Enterprise with the right of economic management "City Emergency Medical Care Station".

In 2019-2020 - First Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management "Hospital of the Medical Center for Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan."In 2020-2023 - Head of the Public Health Department of Astana.

In 2023-2024 - Chairman of the Board of the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management "National Coordination Center for Emergency Medicine".

On October 30,2024, Mr.Muratov was appointed the Vice Minister Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
