Ospanov Yerbol Duysebayevich

Ospanov E.D. was born on January 16, 1977 in the village of Stepnoy, Saryagash district, South Kazakhstan region, higher education. In 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in applied mathematics, in 2002-the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Finance and Credit.

He began his career in 1999 as a first-category engineer at JSC "Kazakhstan Institute of Technical and Economic Research, Design of Facilities and Information Systems of Railway Transport "Kazgiprozheldortrans".

2000-2001- leading engineer of the branch of JSC "Kazakhstan Institute of Technical and Economic Research, Design of Facilities and Information Systems of Railway Transport "Kazgiprozheldortrans".

2001-2006 - project manager of LLP "Kazakhstan Research Institute of Railway Transport".

2006-2007 -leading design engineer of the department of systems analysis and business planning of the information systems development department of JSC «Center for Informatization of Financial Systems».

2007-2010 - Chief Specialist of the Department for the Creation of ICT Units of Government Agencies, Chief Manager of ICT Processes of the Program for the Functioning of ICT Units of government Agencies, Deputy Director of the Competence Center, Director of the competence Center at National Information Technologies JSC.

2010-2012 - Director of the Department for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies,Managing Director of National Infocommunication Holding Zerde JSC.

2012-2016 - First Deputy, Deputy General Director of the State Enterprise State Center for Pension Payments.

2016-2020 - Vice President, First Vice President, President of Labor Resources Development Center JSC.

2020-2024 - Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On April 1, 2024, he was appointed Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
