Born in 1966 in the city of Kaskelen, Almaty Region.

In 1988, graduated from the V.I. Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute.

In 2005, graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications.
Specialization: Civil Engineer.
Began his career in 1988 as a Geologist.
1991–1994 – Commercial Director of the small enterprise "Nazik".
1994–1995 – Leading Specialist of the Department of Non-Trading Organizations and Cashier at BL LLP.
1995–2001 – Director of KARAT LLP and VIK LLP.
2001–2005 – General Director of Daulet-Dorstroy LLP.
2005–2006 – Deputy Director of Dortekhmontazhservice LLP.
Since 2006 to the present – Director of Dortekhmontazhservice LLP.
