Born in 1963 in the village of Tokzhailau, Alakol District, Almaty Region.
Higher education.
In 1985, graduated from the V.I. Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute.
Specialization: Automated Control Systems.
In 2004, graduated from T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University.
Specialization: Finance and Credit.
Began his career in 1985 as a Category 1 Electronics Engineer-Commissioning Specialist at the Almaty Production and Technical Enterprise "Granit", Almaty.
1991–1995 – Deputy Director of the small enterprise "Almat", Almaty.
1995–1998 – Deputy Director of the Small State Enterprise "Kadar", Almaty.
Since 1998 to the present – General Director of Special Design and Technology Bureau "Granit" LLP.
