Shamukhanov Renat Zhumagalievich was born on May 7, 1991 in Aktau, Mangystau region. Kazakh by nationality. Married, 1 children.
From 1997 to 2008, he studied at secondary school No. 18 in the village of Kyzyltobe, rural district of Kyzyltobe, Munaily district.
Higher education. In 2008-2013 at the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenova majored in state and local government.
He began his first career in 2010 as an inspector of the State Institution «Munailinsky District Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine », where he worked until 2013.
From 2013 to 2020, the chief specialist of the State Institution «Akim 's Office of the rural district of Kyzyltobe».
