Orazbekov Almas Zulkharnainovich was born in 1970 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region

In 1993 he graduated from the Kazakhstan State Academy of Management with a degree in economics.

He began his career in 1993 as a specialist of the 2nd category of the Zhanakorgan Regional Employment Center.

01.2001-09.2002 - Chief specialist-Inspector of the district financial department
