Biography
Rakhimzhanov Makhmut Sekentaevich was born in 1977 in the village of Talap, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.
In 2005, he graduated from the Turkestan Kazakh-Turkish International University named after Khoja Ahmed Yassaui with a degree in basic military training and physical education teacher.
He began his career in 2000 as the head of the primary military training of the secondary school No. 160 of S. Manap, Zhanakorgan region.
