Biography
Tulegenov Abilgazy Berdenovich was born in 1968 in the village of Kozhakent, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomy.
He began his career in 1992 as the head of the department of the youth affairs committee of the mayor's office of the Zhanakorgan region.
05.1994-02.1995 - Chief Specialist of the Department for Youth Affairs, Tourism and Sports of the Zhanakorgan region;
02.1995-09.1997 - Chief specialist of the sector on internal policy and social issues of the Mayor's office of Zhanakorgan region;
09.1997-06.2012 - Mayor in Kozhakent rural district of Zhanakorgan region;
06.2012-10.2021 - Head of the Zhanakorgan District Department of Internal Policy.
10.2021-01.2023 - Head of the Zhanakorgan District Department of Land Relations.
From January 10, 2023 to the present, he holds the position of head of the district Department of Public Development.
