Balpan Murat Sahatuly

Born in 1970, native of Akkol district, Akmola region. Graduated from Karaganda State Technical University (engineer-economist), Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov (Master of Law), Omsk Humanitarian and Technical Academy (researcher, teacher-researcher).

In 1989-1994 - turner, assistant foreman, foreman of the MTF of the Khleborob state farm of the Akkol district of the Akmola region.

In 1994-1998 - akim of the Naumovsky rural district of the Akkol district.

In 1998-1999 - consultant of the organizational and control department of the apparatus of the akim of the Akmola region.

In 1999-2000 - head of the apparatus of the akim of the Tselinograd district.

In 2000-2008 - deputy akim of the Akkol district.

In 2008-2009 - deputy head, head of the department of the branch of JSC NC KTZ - Economic Management.

In 2009-2012 - Director of the Department of JSC "Center for Development and Protection of Competition Policy", Head of the Department of Investigation of Anticompetitive Actions of Government Agencies of the Investigation Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition, Head of the Interregional Inspectorate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition in Kostanay and North Kazakhstan Regions.
