Biography
Takhir Kazbekovich was born in 1979 in Astana. In 2001, he graduated from the Akmola State College of Finance and Economics, and also holds diplomas from the T.Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics, the M.M. Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications, Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov majored in "Customs", "Transport, transport equipment and technologies", "Physical education and sports".

2007-2008 trainer-teacher in boxing of GA CYSS;

2016-2019, 2021-2022 Deputy General Director for General Issues of the State Enterprise at the Kokshetau Zhylu PHV;
2019-2021 Director of the KSU SDYUSSH "Burabai" at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports in the Akmola region;
2022-2023 Director of the State Enterprise at the DYUFSH "Okzhetpes" PHV at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akmola region;
2023-2024 Deputy Director Republican state-owned enterprise "Astana Olympic Training Center";
Since May 31, 2024, Director of the RSE "Olympic Training Center for Winter Sports".
