Yestayev Yerzhan

Yerzhan Yestaev was born on February 5, 1983 in the Ulgili malshy village of the East Kazakhstan region. He completed his bachelor's degree at Semipalatinsk University named after M.O. Auezov (Physical Education and Sports), graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University (Local Public Administration), studied at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University (Finance).

2004-2006 - a physical education teacher at Boarding School No. 5 in Semey.

2006-2007 – a physical education teacher at the Pedagogical College named after M. O. Auezov

2007 - 2009 - a chief specialist of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Semey.

2009 - 2014 - a Director of Municipal Public Institution of the “East Kazakhstan regional specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No. 2 in the city of Semey” of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the East Kazakhstan region.

2014-2015 - Deputy Head of the Education Department of the city of Semey.

2015-2022 - Director of the Municipal Public Institution “East Kazakhstan regional specialized Boarding School-College of the Olympic Reserve for Gifted Children in Sports” of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the East Kazakhstan region.

2022-2023 - Deputy head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Abai region.

January 2024 - May 2024 - Deputy Director for Financial and Organizational Activity at the RSBSE “Sports Training Center for Persons with Physical Disabilities” (Acting Director).

2024-2025 - Director of the RSBSE “Sports Training Center for Persons with Physical Disabilities”.

Since February 2025, Director of the Republican Specialized Boarding School-College of the Olympic Reserve named after Khadzhimukan Munaytpasov.
