Biography
Sutbaev Omar Oteubayevich was born on April 6, 1977, in the Mangystau region.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 1998 as an intern in the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Zhanaozen.
Over the years, he held positions as Prosecutor of the Munaylinsky District, Specialized Environmental Prosecutor, and Prosecutor of the city of Zhanaozen in the Mangystau Region, as well as Head of the Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since April 15, 2024, he has been Deputy Prosecutor of the Kostanay Region.
He has over 26 years of experience in the Prosecutor's Office.
He holds the rank of Senior Justice Advisor.
