Biography
Andabayev Yerlan Akhmetsapayevich was born on October 10, 1976 in the village of Zhansugurov, Aksu district, Zhetysu region.
In 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in Law.
He began his career in August 1998 as an intern assistant prosecutor in the Saryarka District of Astana.
Over the years, he has held positions as Deputy Prosecutor of the Zhambyl District, Prosecutor of the Alakol and Sarkand districts, and Prosecutor of the city of Konaev in the Almaty Region.
Since July 2022, he has served as Deputy Prosecutor of the East Kazakhstan Region.
He has over 27 years of experience in the prosecutor's office.
He holds the rank of Senior Justice Advisor.
