Biography
He was born in 1969 in Suykbulak village of Shar district in Semipalatinsk region. He has a higher education. From 1986 to 1991 he graduated from Semipalatinsk geological exploration College. From 1987 to 989 – service in the Soviet Army.
He started his career in 1991 as the driver of the rig. 1994-1998 – study at Kazakh National Technical University, with a mining engineer and electrician specialty. In 1999 was transferred as a master in «Vzryvprom» LLP. Since November 1, 2002 by the akim’s order was appointed akim of Siykbulak rural district.
He is married, and has two children.
