Biography
Shokybaeva Elmira Zhalgasovna was born in 1991 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Kyzylorda region.
In 2012, she graduated from the Professional College "Turkestan Akhmet Yasawi" of the MKTU named after H.A. Yasawi in Turkestan with a degree in "Software for Computers and Automated Systems".
In 2017 she graduated from the International Humanitarian and Technical University
Shymkent with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software.
She began her career in 2014 1 with the manager of the KSU "Department of Employment, Social Programs and Registration of Civil Status Acts of the Zhanakorgan District".
