Rysmaganbetov Yerzhan Yelzhanovich

He was born in 1994. Graduated from Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov (Bachelor of Economics and Business), Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov (Bachelor of Law), Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Master of Business and Management).

He has been in office since August 2025.

Preparation of materials (abstracts, reports, references, presentations) to the akim of the region for the working trips of the Head of State and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the region, as well as for meetings with the participation of the Head of State and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for a reporting meeting before the Public Council and the population on the socio-economic development of the region, before deputies the regional maslikhat on the performance of its assigned functions, at a briefing in the Central Communications Service under the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at a press conference in the regional Communications Service. Analysis of the socio-economic situation of the region, development of proposals for its further development, solving problematic issues of the region. Coordination of activities in the preparation of information and analytical notes and documents to higher government agencies.
