Biography
Aimurzaeva Elmira Asankyna was born on February 19, 1985 in the city of Ural, West Kazakhstan region. In 1991, he started school in the city of Ural, and in 2001 he finished the 11th grade of secondary school No. 26 in the village of Mangistau.
In 2001, he entered the Aktau State University named after Sh. Yesenov, majoring in "Customs Affairs", and in 2005, he graduated with the qualification of "Lawyer-Customs Officer".
In 2018, he entered the University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems of Kazakhstan, majoring in "Law" and graduated in 2020 with the degree of "Bachelor of Law"
