Ydyrys Dauren Serikuly

Ydyrys Dauren Serikuly was born in 1995.
Obtained higher education, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati and the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, specializing in "State and Local Government".
Also graduated from Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under President of the Russian Federation, he holds a master’s degree in the field of state and municipal management.
Under the "Bolashak" International Scholarship Program, graduated from the University of Warwick with a specialty “innovation and entrepreneurship”.

He began his career in 2019 as a chief specialist of strategic development and project management in state institution “Department of public health of Nur-Sultan city”.
Between 2020 and 2022, he worked as the head of work with youth organizations department of Office of Youth Policy in the Nur-Sultan city.
Between 2022 and 2023, held the position of head of the National Archival Fund use
department and public services of Committee on Affairs of Archives, documentation management of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 1st, 2023, to March 28th, 2024 he held the position of advisor to the akim of the Baiknour district of Astana for mobilization training and civil defence.

From April 1st 2024 onwards, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Head of the Akim's Office of Kyzylorda region.
