Shermaganbet Meirambek Zinabdinuly

Shermaganbet Meirambek Zinabdinuly was born in 1972.
He graduated from Kyzylorda State University Korkyt Ata, majoring in History, Economics, K.A. Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, majoring in Law.

He started his career in 1994 as a history teacher at school № 239 in Zhanakorgan district.
From 2001-2016 – Head of the office of Akim of Zhanakorgan district, Deputy head of the office of Akim of the region, head of regional departments of education, language development, Head of the Department for Control in the field of education in the Kyzylorda region.
From 2016-2021 – Akim of Kobda district of Aktobe region, Deputy Akim of Aktobe region.
From 2022-2023 – Head of the Department of Education of the Kyzylorda region.
From 2023-2024 – Deputy Akim of the Kyzylorda region.
Since February 2024, he has held the position of akim of the Kazaly district.
On July 28, 2025, he was appointed Deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region.
