Nurtay Kairat Yrzakulovich

He graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after Kanysh Satpayev with a degree in mechanical engineering, Dinmukhamed Kunayev University with a degree in law.

Nurtay Kairat Yrzakulovich was born in 1982 in the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region.

In 2004 he graduated the K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in mechanical engineering, in 2006 he graduated D. A. Kunayev University with a degree in law, in 2019 he graduated the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and received a master's degree in state and municipal administration.

He began his career in 2004 as a leading specialist in the personnel support department of the public service of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2005 till 2006, he worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Oil Industry of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2006 till 2014 he has worked as the senior, chief expert, consultant, head of sector (building A) of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2014-2015 - State Inspector of the Department of State Control and Territorial and Organizational Work of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2015 till 2018 he has worked as deputy akim of the Shymkent city.

From 2018 till 2019 he has worked as the first deputy akim of the Shymkent city.

Since July 2021 he has worked as the akim of the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region.

From March 2, 2022 to the present, Deputy Akim of the Kyzylorda region.
