Мунлыков Алмас Талгатович

He was born on November 03, 1990 in the village of Pskovskoye, Aitekebiysky district, Aktobe region. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakh by nationality. In 2012, he studied at Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in State and Local Government.

He began his career in 2013 as a youth internship intern at the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of Aktobe region". In 2014, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist of the State Institution "Management of Industrial and Innovative Development of Aktobe region", then he was appointed head of the department. From 2018 to 2024, he worked as the chief inspector of the Department of organizational and managerial work of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Aktobe region". Since 2024, he has been the head of the office of the akim of the Khromtau district.
