Tleumuratov Nurhan

Born on 31 October 1991 in the town of Khromtau in Aktobe region. Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakh by nationality. He studied at Badamshinsky secondary school No. 16, then at the Aktobe regional Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum-boarding school for gifted young men. Then he received a bachelor's degree in Economics and business, majoring in "State and local administration" at the Almaty state University. He also holds a master's degree in Public and local government and a master of science degree in Innovation and entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick.Covetry, UK in the framework of the program "Bolashak". Also has a second higher education in the specialty "Law "of the ARSU named after"K. Zhubanov".

He started his career in 2013. In the state institution "Department of economy and budget planning" of the Aktobe region as a clerical inspector. According to the principles of meritocracy, he passed the stages from chief specialist to Deputy head of the Department. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as regional Director of JSC NC "Kazakh Invest". Until now, he was appointed head of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the Aktobe region".
