Есенаманов Адайбек Шәкірұлы

He was born on April 15, 1990 in the city of Kandyagash, Mugalzhar district, Aktobe region. A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakh by nationality. In 2012, he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in Finance.

He started his career in 2012 at the State Institution "Finance Department of Aktobe region" as the chief specialist of the real sector finance department. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as the head of the department for the analysis of the execution and evaluation of the implementation of budget programs in the real sector of the State Institution "Finance Department of Aktobe region", and from 2019 to 2020 he worked as the head of the Department for the development of public private partnership and quasi-public sector of the State Institution "Finance Department of Aktobe region". In 2020, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Finance of Aktobe region. Since 2023, he has been working as deputy akim of the Khromtau district.
