Born on March 23, 1966 in the village of Nikolaevka, Zharminsky district, Semipalatinsk region.
Education: higher
In 1991, he graduated from the Zhambyl Hydro-reclamation construction Institute with a degree in "mechanization of Hydro-reclamation works".
From 1983 to 1986, he worked as a tractor driver at the Oktyabrsky State Farm in the village of Terentyevka, Zharminsky district;
From 1984 to 1986, he served in the Soviet army;
1991 - 2010-head of the farm "Zhas Kanat" ;
1996 - 1997-First Deputy akim of Zharminsky district;
2010 - 2014 akim of Karatobe rural district;
From 2015 to February 2023, he was an individual entrepreneur, head of the RKS farm.
From February 12, 2023, he was appointed akim of Kalbatau rural district of Zharminsky District of Abay region.
