Biography
Born on July 11, 1989, in the North Kazakhstan Region, Tayynsha District. In 2011, graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan with a degree in International Relations. In 2013, graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in Finance. In 2019, graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in State and Local Administration.
2009–2015 — Specialist, Senior Specialist in various second-tier banks.
2015–2017 — Expert at the Credit and Investment Activity Monitoring Division of the Department of Investment Policy and Financial Instruments, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
2017–2020 — Chief Expert at the Credit and Investment Policy Division of the Department of Investment Policy, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
