Argyngazin Dumangazy Semeygazievich

Born on April 26, 1971 in Semipalatinsk region, Abai district, village of Karauyl, in 1993 graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Geography with an additional specialty in biology, in 1995 graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Economist.
