Biography
He was born on June 27, 1983 in the East Kazakhstan region, Urjar district, Urjar village. Graduated in 2004 from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports. In 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M.Tynyshpaeva majored in «Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport».
