Biography
Togizbayev Kairat Abenovich was born on February 15, 1967 in Karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region.
Higher education.
In 1993, he graduated from the Kyzylorda agro-industrial Institute named after Y. Zhakhaeva majored in land reclamation engineer, in 2008 graduated from Korkyt-ATA Kyzylorda state University with a degree in land management engineer and land cadastre, in 2012 graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in Economics.
He began his career as an engineer-land surveyor in the Kyzylorda branch of the Institute "Kazgiprozem", then an engineer-land surveyor of the 1st and 2nd categories and Deputy head of the Department, since 2003 - 2004 - Chairman of the land management Committee of karmaksha district, from 2004-2009-Deputy Akim of karmaksha district (in the field of agriculture and economy), from 2009-2011 - Director of the state state enterprise "Kyzylordaagroservice" of the Regional agricultural administration, from 2011-2012-Deputy Director of the Syrdarya state institution for the protection of forests and wildlife, from 2012-2014-chief specialist - state inspector of the Territorial land Inspectorate for the Kyzylorda region, from 2014-2015 he worked as Deputy Akim of the Shieli district.
