Baymakhanov Ruslan Orazbekovich

Baymakhanov Ruslan orazbekovich was born on August 8, 1982 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.

Higher education.

in 2003, he graduated from the Almaty appraisal Institute with a degree in "Expert appraiser", in 2012 from the Korkyt ATA Kyzylorda state University with a degree in "land Surveyor".

He began his career in 2004 as a specialist in the closed joint-stock company "Currency-Transit Fund" in the city of Kyzylorda; from 2004 to 2005 he worked as a leading specialist in the Kyzylorda regional Committee for land management; from 2005 to 2008 he worked as a leading specialist in the Kyzylorda regional territorial Department for land management; from 2008 - 2012 he worked as chief specialist in the inter-regional land inspection in Zhambyl, Kyzylorda and South Kazakhstan regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for land management; from 2012 to 2013 the chief specialist – to the Territorial land inspection of Akmola region of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for land resources management; from 2013 - 2015 worked as a chief specialist in the Territorial land inspection in Kyzylorda region Committee on land resources management of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan; from 2015 - 2017 years worked as chief specialist of the state control over use and protection of lands and the Department of control over the use and protection of lands of Kyzylorda region; from 2017 currently serves as the chief of Department of monitoring, analysis and accounting in the Department for control over use and protection of lands of Kyzylorda region.
