Biography
Kudaibergenov Rustem Kudaibergenovich, was born on January 16, 1979 in the Egindybulak village, Egindybulaksky district, Karaganda region. In 1995 he graduated from secondary school No. 2 in the Egindybulak village. In 2002 entered the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketova, Faculty of History and in 2007 he graduated as a teacher of history, the basics of law and economics.
Began career in 1998, worked as a watchman in the “Asia-trade” LLP shop. From 2001 to 2002 worked as a laborer in “Karagandashakhtoprohodka” LLP. From 2002 to 2004 worked as a team leader in the construction team at the "Vershina" LLP in Karaganda. From 2004 to 2006 worked as a team leader of the construction team of “Emir-group” LLP in Karaganda. From 2008 to 2013 worked as a teacher of history and law in the school of the village Saryozen. Since August 2013, in connection with the appointment to the post of director of MPI "School No. 18 Zvezdnoye”, changed job and moved to village Zvezdnye, Osakarovskiy district. From October 2015 to October 1, 2019 worked as akim of the Zvezdnoye Rural District. From October 1, 2019, due to the end of the term, was dismissed. And put forward my candidacy for a new term. According to the results of the elections from 03 October, 2019 - the acting Akim of the Zvezdnoye Rural District and currently work in this position.
Part-time job: from 2011 to 2013, a history teacher in Oshagandy village; from 2012 to 2013 worked as a social worker in Saryozen village; from 2015 to 2017, a history teacher in Zvezdnoye village.
