
Biography
Saltaev Yuri Alexandrovich, was born on October 12, 1960 in the village of Batpak, Osakarovsky district, Karaganda region. In 1975 he entered and in 1979 completed the full course of the Michurinsky State Farm College. In 1985 he entered and graduated from the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute in the city of Tselinograd in 1991 with a degree in agricultural mechanization. Higher education.
He began his career from 1979 to 1980, worked in the village of Mirny of the Youth district as a mechanic-controller.
In 1980, he was drafted into the Soviet Army.
In 1982, he was dismissed to the reserve.
From 1985 to 1991 he graduated from the full course of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization.
Since 1982, he continued to work in the village of Mirny as an auto garage mechanic, head. RMM, chief engineer of s/z Mirny.
In 1998, after the liquidation of the state farm, he organized the Sabina farm, which he headed until January 2006.
In January 2006, he was appointed akim of the Mirny Rural District.
Since June 1, 2017, he has been re-elected to the post of akim of the Labor Rural District, where I work to the present.
